We are an international firm registered and operating under the trade mark “Blue Fig”. We are specialized in the hospitality field and are currently operating a cultural café chain; its first location is in Amman, Jordan. The concept involves facets of the richest of what universal cultures contribute to our era of “Global Renaissance”. Our larger aim is to direct our guests to current art, books, music, films and materials that are reasonably priced, easily accessible, and finally, correspond with culture, art, festivals, countries, and subjects celebrated at our café. We would like people here, in our part of the world, in general, and in our café, in particular, to experience, mix and appreciate the richness and beauty of the world of cultures, art, books, music, films etc. and its endless source of color, amusement, inspiring viewpoints, spirituality, and enriching content.
We are currently looking for strategic partners of high esteem, such as your good self, to contribute rights over visual material in exchange for proper credit and referrals.
In your specific case, you were highly recommended by our Research & Marketing Department as a “content-rich” source for materials through your creative and alternative work. We intend to celebrate those same cultural rituals through highly artistic visual collages / juxtapositions in video format to be projected onto our walls (Kindly view attachments). Some of the images downloaded will also be used in a monthly printed press format which we distribute, free of charge, to a number of esteemed organizations, institutes, ministries, cultural centers, embassies and governmental agencies in Jordan.
Your material will be noted with the proper credit and referrals for your work to receive the intended further exposure. Your name, web site and email address will be clearly stated next to each image we use. However, before proceeding we need your permission to use your written synopsis and some of the visuals to this end.
To date, we have been able, and grateful, to obtain the approval of materials and celebrate, India, Ireland, Morocco, Cuba, Greece, South Africa, Spain, Japan, Turkey, Egypt, Russia, Canada, Lebanon and of course, Jordan.
Finally, please note that we have no interest in receiving any type of credit for any of the works exhibited, nor make any commercial gain from this exposure; our only intention is to make our publication and projections rich in content and to present alternative, ethnic art, literature, music, films and venues that we believe deserve exposure.
